it would be very useful to collaborate with other contemporary users on the same project. Many applications promise to do so but in the end they do not update in real time and lag continuously

This is a really nice feature, something we really wanted as students. As you mention, almost all other apps suffer from serious lag, which I'm sure, like us, you find very frustrating. Adding collaboration is a complex feature that we want to make sure is not just usable but actually enjoyable to use, so it doesn't let down the rest of the app, for that reason it is something we are unlikely to add very soon, but it is certainly something we want to try build.
