when i download some binder i have made the pdf will have a black square covering almost my entire note , after downloading im not able to acces the canvas again losing all my work

I’m really sorry about this. Losing access to your work like that is incredibly frustrating. This is a bug we’re currently trying to diagnose, and the images you shared are very helpful for that. We seem to be able to create a similar bug by moving strokes while the AI is thinking. Could this have also been the case for you? If not, can you describe what you were doing before it appeared, and what you think may have caused it? Hopefully, we can find the issue and fix it soon.
