Improving the writing experience by adding Apple Pencil gestures and features
As an Apple pencil pro user, I really miss having the option to squeeze the pencil to open a quick menu for switching between pencil, marker, eraser, etc . Also, I was searching for a way to draw straight lines or shapes in general and could not find it. Furthermore, I wished that there was a bigger pen selection. Having the pen and a marker are the basics of any notes app, but more pen options are always appreciated.However, there is a lot going for the app. I really loved the simple, but clean design and how traditionally external apps like a browser, AI, and the calculator are implemented in the workflow of the app. I also didn‘t experience any bugs or lag. In conclusion, the app has a lot of potential. Especially if some extra features, like pencil gestures and a bigger pen selection, are being added, it could be a great competitor to big notetaking apps like GoodNotes and Notability, because of them raising the prices.
